На 0,5 л молочного продукта (сливок) нам понадобится:
- 150 г сахарного песка;
- 90 мл воды;
- 2 ст. л. желатина.
Инструкция будет совсем коротенькой:
- В теплую воду высыпаем желатин. Сразу тщательно размешайте и оставьте на время для набухания.
- В посуду для термической обработки (кастрюльку или ковшик) наливаем сливки и добавляем сахар. Поставим на огонь и ждем пока закипит, все время помешивая, чтобы не пригорело. Снимаем с огня.
- Добавляем разбухший желатин и венчиком соединяем с молочной смесью. Следите, чтобы он весь растворился.
Никогда не кипятите смесь с желатином, так как он потеряет все свои качества, необходимые для приготовления блюд.
Процеживая через ситечко, разлить по формочкам, оставить в прохладном месте и примерно через 2 часа, когда масса «встанет», украсить и подавать.
